Who Is This Weight Loss Program For?
Semaglutide is designed for patients with a BMI greater than 30, or for those with a BMI over 27 who have at least one weight-related condition like hypertension or hyperlipidemia.
How Do You Get Started?
To get started on our weight loss program, simply fill out our pre-consult questionnaire and send in your lab work to weightloss@hushmedspa.com. Once our Nurse Practitioner has reviewed your information, you'll receive clearance to schedule your initial consultation with us.
During this appointment, we'll take the time to discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and medication information. Our program does require a 3-month minimum commitment, but after that time period, you can opt to continue with a single dose or purchase another package.
